These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made on www.modurastyle.com, operated by Estilo Modura.

1. Products

Products are supplied and fulfilled by third-party partners, including FondMart. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed and an order confirmation email is sent.

All prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders are shipped directly from fulfillment partner warehouses and may arrive in multiple packages. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be approved in advance. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We are not liable for indirect damages except where required by law.

These Terms are governed by EU law and applicable consumer protection laws.
